INITIATION COURSE
Contact us and we will give you the date of the next available course. The main techniques to be able to take the first steps in the world of sport climbing safely will be addressed. No prior knowledge or material knowledge is necessary, just a desire to learn and have fun. The purpose of this course is to know the material, knots, the main progression techniques and safety. Development of the autonomy to be able to climb to climb to climbing wall or rock.

SAFETY COURSE
Do you want to learn how to insure correctly? Energize falls? Practicing climbing first? Learning to fly? Many times losing the fear of climbing rope or first, goes through a good safety training that allows us to fully trust the material and the teammate or the rope partner. We adapt to your needs. Tell us what you are looking for and we will perfect it.

Get fit in a fun way! Training groups directed according to level and specific needs. Push your own limits and take your climb to the next level thanks to our team of coaches.
- START: Monday and/or Wednesday from 8:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. (1 Day €45 / 2 Days €68)
- PERFECTION: Tuesday or Thursday from 8 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. (1 Day €45)

PLANNING
Do you want to go a step further in your workouts? Do you have little time or are you stagnant? We will carry out a study of your physical conditions and you will receive a weekly routine, adapted to your needs, to maximize your performance. Enhance your weaknesses and the results will appear. (Includes planning + 1 day of follow-up with your instructor per week). 40€/month
